LACCS-UK in collaboration with H.E. Mr Amar Abba, Ambassador of Algeria, continued introducing to the British audiences Arab-Andalusian music inspired in the cultural traditions of Algiers Nouba, which constitute the heart of Maghrebin urban musical traditions and the most classical expression of the Arab-Andalusian music.

"With her exhaustive theoretical knowledge and her immense talent Beihdja Rahal's performance of Andalusian-style music are shining examples of this classical genre, which was performed in a completely authentic and pure manner".

Professor J R Monroy, Hon Chairman LACCS-UK introducing at the stage of Cadogan Hall. Prof.Monroy thanks to HE Mr Amar Abba, Ambassador of Algeria for His Excellency personal interest and support to introduce for the first time at Cadogan Hall a full programme of Arab-Algerian music.

Beihdja Rahal Algerian Singer and Lute-player gave a marvellous performance at Cadogan Hall accompany by Nadji Hamma, lute, Mokrana Boussaidi, violin, Hocine Sudan, darbuka (percussion) and Ryad Guelmaoui, mandolin.

Beidhja Rahal was acclaimed by a full house Cadogan Hall.
The audience was enchanted by her delicate voice and artistic performance.
